David Hensley - Caricaturist London

Originally from Australia, David is an acclaimed Editorial Caricaturist and Illustrator, with a career spanning over 30 years and a CV that includes many of the National Newspapers both in Australia and the UK.

 

David began his career in Sydney in 1985 on The Australian and Telegraph newspapers before moving on to The Australian Financial Review as Principal Caricaturist in 1987.

 

Seeking to broaden his horizons, David moved to the UK in 1990 and was quickly picked up by Punch magazine, then The Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday, The Sunday Telegraph, The Guardian and The Observer Newspapers, amongst others.

 

Additionally David has worked for The Oldie, New Statesman, Mojo, numerous trade magazines as well as caricaturist and puppet maker on ITVs Spitting Image.

 

David has also turned his pencil to capturing innocent partygoers as an `On the spot Caricaturist`, and is available for hire at any Celebration or Event large or small in or around London.

 

David also accepts Private Commisions and Corporate work.
